Schamma Rosidor

Proudly from Haiti and mother of 4, Schamma Rosidor started her own business with her sister by opening a hair salon. She realized that her clients were systematically going home with her products. Listening and committed to her community, she had the idea to create Soins Naturels My Royalty to offer exclusively natural products for frizzy, curly and kinky hair and specific to the hair issues of the black community.

With the enthusiasm of her 4 employees, this young president develops, manufactures and markets her eleven hair products, in addition to selling her accessories, in Canada and abroad (including New York), via her 20 points of sale and her online store. Leader in her industry after only 2 years of operation, at the head of a 2900 sq. ft. factory, she also created and standardized the online consultation.
