Mathieu Lachance is a true citizen of the world and has been working at the international level for 15 years. Director of Globalization at Keywords Studios, he leads a team of over 4,500 people working in 17 different countries from 30 international studios. His teams also manage over 2,500 contractors from 50 different countries.
He has mentored entrepreneurs in India with IB Hubs, and in Canada through Anges Quebec. He co-founded an international conference that went from Poland to the US to Germany. And, when he is not at work, with his family, or stuck in an airport, he gives his time to Intégration Jeunesse du Québec, to help young Quebecers break into the job market.
Mathieu Lachance has given several international conferences on the subjects of management, virtual reality and video games in India, China, Spain, Canada, and the United States. He holds management degrees from HEC Montreal, McGill and Oxford, and is currently studying at the McGill-HEC Montreal EMBA.
