Quebec Young Leader: Social Responsibility
Caroline has been contributing to the motor, cognitive, language, social and emotional development of children with special needs for many years. With a desire to raise awareness and normalize individual differences, she founded the Regard9 publishing house, the Tournée Édu4tive organization and coordinates the "Mieux comprendre la Diversité" events.
An internationally recognized author, speaker and trainer, she works with families and health and education professionals to promote self-awareness, autonomy and inclusion of children and young adults.
Her experiences as a special educator, manager and organizational consultant have led her to conduct doctoral research on diversity, competencies and inclusive work environments. Human diversity, in all its forms and colors, is for her a source of creativity, innovation and wealth. She is confident that all talents will be recognized for their true value!
