Oumar Diallo has more than 12 years of experience in strategic and regulatory analysis, risk management and financial technologies, having worked closely with decision-makers in the financial sectors and international organizations. Fluently trilingual (French, English, German), he is the Director, Fintech and Innovation at the Autorité des marchés financiers.
He has held positions of responsibility at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Laurentian Bank and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO). He holds a B.Sc. degree. Economics and Politics from the Université de Montréal, the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna and an M.P.A., specializing in financial regulation, from the ENA of France.
Laureate of Black History Month 2020, Oumar is an experienced administrator, very involved in the community and has already served on several boards and selection committees. He is the outgoing president of the Network of African Entrepreneurs and Professionals (REPAF).
