Mikaël manages all marketing services, shopping centers, at Ivanhoe Cambridge and has more than 15 years of professional experience in marketing and digital technologies.
During his ten years in consulting, he has worked primarily on mandates including strategic planning, digital and in-store customer experiences and retail technologies. He has experience in managing large programs from strategy definition to implementation of innovative solutions and go-to-market in the following business sectors: retail, banking, insurance, utilities, telecommunications and venture capital.
Since 2015, he has decided to follow the path of intrapreneurship in an organization that offers exciting challenges, including a major digital transformation. His main role has been to build and lead a team of highly skilled specialists and a new digital ecosystem for all Canadian centers to deliver a modern, agile and scalable customer experience for their 280 million annual visitors.
